The subsequent event after initial signing of the letter of intent resulted in the execution of Hidaka and VYPA revenue-share partnership agreement over a 5 year term. The potential reach serving 29M Malaysian population with the iSocialTV interactive, Video Conferencing, VoIP, Instant Text Messaging, Live Streaming, On-Demand and other rich interactive features such as Fan Rooms and Network Channels will provide a new stream of excitement and market opportunities.
